Conference Committee
Purpose of Committee:
The purpose of the Annual Conference Committee is to set up the Annual Conference and coordinate all the activities associated with the conference. This includes selecting the conference location, coordinating lodging requirements, food, speakers, activities, themes, banquet activities, preparation of conference materials, gifts, entertainment, exhibitors, etc. The Committee keeps the Executive Board informed as plans are finalized and solicits input from the Board when necessary. The Second Vice President shall serve as ex-officio member of this Committee.
