Nominating Committee
Purpose of Committee:
Officers for the Association are appointed annually at the fall meeting of the Association. The purpose of the Nominating Committee is to review the qualifications of potential candidates to serve as officers of the Association for a one-year term. The offices for which nominations are made include President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Nominations are presented to the full Association to be voted upon at the annual meeting in the fall of each year. The Committee consists of five (5) members as follows: the two (2) immediate Past Presidents and three (3) Clerks to be elected by the membership at the annual meeting. No member of the nominating committee shall serve for more than three (3) consecutive terms.
